Five key differences
- Being found vs being chosen again. Uberall's core job is making sure every location appears correctly on maps, directories and AI search. Akili's is understanding what customers say after they visit, and what each site should improve.
- Priorities and proof. Akili ranks every issue at every site by likely revenue impact, assigns the fix and measures the before-and-after result. Uberall's Revenue Estimator models the value of location marketing, not of operational fixes.
- All your feedback in one analysis. Akili analyses reviews, social comments, surveys and CRM or helpdesk tickets together. We found no option on Uberall's pages to import your own data for analysis.
- Smaller estates welcome. G2 lists a 25-location minimum for Uberall. Akili's Starter plan covers up to 10 locations.
- Commitment. Akili offers monthly plans with no minimum term. Uberall's standard terms start at three years unless the order says otherwise.
Where Uberall is the better fit
- You need opening hours, addresses and photos kept accurate across many directories and maps.
- You want store locator pages and local landing pages.
- You want to publish local social posts to Google and Apple from one place.
- You run a very large estate, from hundreds to thousands of locations.
Where Akili is the better fit
- You want each site scored and the issues ranked by likely revenue impact.
- You want fixes assigned, tracked and measured, and audits and training in the same place.
- You want reviews, social comments, surveys and support tickets analysed together.
- You run fewer than 25 locations, or want monthly terms.
Using both
Many brands keep a listings tool and add Akili for analysis and action. Uberall keeps every location accurate online; Akili shows what to improve inside them.
Frequently asked questions
Is Akili an Uberall alternative?
For review analysis, replies and site-by-site improvement, yes. For listings management and store locators, no: Akili doesn't offer those.
Does Uberall track AI search?
Yes. GEO Studio, launched in December 2025, tracks how assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention your brand. It is a paid add-on using credits. Akili includes AI search visibility on Professional and Enterprise.
How is pricing different?
Uberall prices on request, with a 25-location minimum listed on G2. Akili prices by plan: Starter is a flat £1,000 a month for up to 10 locations and Professional £2,900 for up to 50. Only the Akili Operations add-on is priced per location.
Where is data hosted?
Akili is hosted on Google Cloud in the UK, with EU hosting on Enterprise. Uberall lists AWS in the EU, with some AI features using US providers.
