Five key differences
- From monitoring to priorities. ReviewTrackers is built to collect reviews from a very wide range of sources and categorise them. Akili scores each site on the same five measures and ranks the issues by likely effect on revenue, so each manager knows what to fix first.
- Measuring whether a fix worked. Akili tracks each action from owner to outcome, with before-and-after scores and an estimate of the revenue it's worth. We found no equivalent on ReviewTrackers' pages.
- More than reviews. Akili analyses social comments, survey answers and CRM or helpdesk tickets alongside reviews. ReviewTrackers imports first-party data as CSV files in its review format.
- Other languages. Akili analyses reviews written in other languages. ReviewTrackers' help centre says its platform is currently only available in English.
- Terms and hosting. Akili offers monthly plans with no minimum term and hosts data in the UK. ReviewTrackers is paid annually and stores data in the United States.

Frequently asked questions
Is Akili a ReviewTrackers alternative?
Yes, for multi-location brands that want priorities and proof of impact as well as monitoring. If your priority is the widest possible list of review sources, ReviewTrackers covers more.
Who owns ReviewTrackers?
InMoment bought ReviewTrackers in 2022, and Press Ganey Forsta announced it was acquiring InMoment in May 2025.
How is pricing different?
ReviewTrackers prices per location, listed on G2 from $89 per location a month, billed annually. Akili prices by plan, not per location: Starter is a flat £1,000 a month for up to 10 locations and Professional £2,900 for up to 50, with no per-user fees. Only the Akili Operations add-on is priced per location.
Does Akili have a star rating calculator?
Yes. Akili's free Google review calculator works for one location or every branch at once.
