Which cookies the Akili website uses, why, how long they last, and how to change your choice.
1. Who we are
1.1 This policy explains how the Akili website at yourakili.com uses cookies and similar technologies. Akili is a product of 12Kobo OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 17631609, whose registered office is at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean 12Kobo OÜ, trading as Akili.
1.2 This policy covers the public website only. The Akili platform at app.yourakili.com is covered by the information Clients and Users receive when they are given access. How we handle personal data more generally is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
2.1 Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit. They let a site remember information, such as whether you have visited before, or keep a service secure. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in the same way.
2.2 Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company's service embedded in that site are third-party cookies.
2.3 Some cookies are strictly necessary, meaning the website or a service you ask for cannot work without them. Others, such as analytics cookies, are not necessary, and we only use them with your consent.
3. Cookies we use
3.1 When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you accept, we do not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or the HubSpot booking calendar, and none of them sets cookies.

3.2 We use Google Analytics without Google signals. If you accept cookies, we also use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our Google ads lead to visits and demo bookings. We do not use it for remarketing or to personalise the ads you see. Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
3.3 HubSpot describes its cookies in What cookies does HubSpot set in a visitor's browser. If you reject cookies, you can still book a demo by opening the calendar in a new tab, on HubSpot's own website.
3.4 Every page loads its fonts from Google Fonts. This does not set cookies, but your browser shares your IP address with Google to fetch the fonts.
3.5 We use the Google Ads cookie in the table above only to measure our own ads, and only with your consent. We do not use cookies for remarketing or personalised advertising.
4. Changing your choice
4.1 You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings, which is linked at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies we can reach and stop loading them. Withdrawal does not affect anything collected before you withdrew it.
4.2 We ask you again after 12 months.
4.3 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Your browser's help pages explain how: Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
