A location is any branch, store, site or venue your customers can review. If you open new locations during your plan, we add them at renewal, or move you up a plan if you outgrow it.
Starter and Professional can be paid monthly by Direct Debit or card, or annually upfront with two months free. Enterprise plans are invoiced annually or quarterly, and we can work with your purchase order process.
No. Invite as many people as you need from marketing, CX, operations and your branches. Pricing is based on your estate, not your headcount.
Monthly plans have no minimum term, so you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your current billing month. Annual plans give you two months free and renew each year unless you cancel before your renewal date. Everything's set out in a one-page order form before you start, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Add Akili Operations for some or all of your locations, or add TrueTwin, at any point during your plan. They are added to your next bill.
Akili is GDPR compliant and hosted on Google Cloud, in the UK by default. Enterprise customers can choose hosting in the EU.
